The Euro. Finally. A symbol in itself. Football marks the end of a painful and all too long recess. The end of the world as we knew it, where lit stadiums became desolate, arenas lost their soul, and fans their home. Sergio Ramos won’t be there, but Karim Benzema will. We are indeed in the aftermath.

With football, fans come back to life. Euro 2021 might not fill the stands entirely (not just yet), but the bars will be bustling. From London to Munich, from Madrid to Paris, where our Irish pubs are set to become places of communion, the anticipation seems greater than ever.

How distant the last edition in 2016 feels. The one that saw the Irish invade Parc des Princes and the Portuguese triumph in suspense. It was another time. Since then, Deschamps’ Blues have become world champions. They will try to emulate their predecessors 21 years earlier. Ronaldo, Kane, and all the others will try to upset them.

Europe is about to live to the rhythm of football again. Paris will be no exception.

Our O’Sullivans bars, frequented by both tourists and supporters alike, exploring the passages… and visiting their terraces, will undoubtedly be the place to be! Essential venues of sharing, with our refurbished equipment (screens, projectors) that will allow everyone to fully experience the competition.

The organized contests, aimed at animating the pre-matches, will measure the enthusiasm after so many months of deprivation and will see the football family finally reunited.
